液位计量仪在选煤厂药剂罐液位测量中的研究及应用

Study and application of the level meter for measuring liquid level of reagent tank in coal preparation plant

为了测量密封罐体内的液位高度,根据选煤厂药剂罐体的结构特点,研究出一种适用于测量密封罐体内液位的简易液位计量仪,并将该液位计量仪应用在淮北选煤厂浮选车间。结果表明:该装置结构简单,使用维护方便,工作可靠,设备检修点少,维护费用低;且操作简单,液位测量效果好,装置所占空间小,不影响密封罐体内的液体储存。

For the measurement of liquid level in sealed reagent tank, a simple level meter suitable for such applications is specifically designed according to the structural features of the reagent tank. As evidenced by its application at Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant, the meter is simple in structural design, convenient and reliable in operation, less in maintenance work, and high in measuring accuracy. Moreover, it occupies a small space, producing no adverse effect on the storage of liquid in tank.
