饲粮粗蛋白水平对四川白兔生产性能和养分消化率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白水平对四川白兔生产性能和养分消化率的影响。选择30日龄断奶四川白兔480只,随机分成4个组,分别饲喂含14%、15%、16%和17%粗蛋白的饲粮,试验持续10周。结果表明:粗蛋白水平对四川白兔日增重、采食量、料重比、腹泻率和死亡率的影响显著(P<0.05),对四川白兔饲粮干物质、粗蛋白和粗纤维消化率的影响显著(P<0.05),对粗脂肪和粗灰分消化率的影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合来看,本试验条件下,四川白兔饲粮粗蛋白的适宜水平为15%。 The experiment was designed to study the effect of dietary crude protein (CP) levels on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of Sichuan White rabbits. Four hundred and eighty 30-days- weaning Sichuan White rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replications per group and 12 rabbits per replication. The four groups were fed with diets containing 14%.15%.16% and 17% CP respec-tively, this experiment lasted 10 weeks. The results showed that crude protein had significant effect on daily gain, feed intake, feed weight ratio, diarrhea rate, mortality, the digestion of dry matter, crude pro- tein and crude fiber in Sichuan White rabbits (P〈0.05), but had no significant effect on the digestibility of crude fat and crude ash (P〉0.05). In conclusion, the appropriate dietary crude protein level of Sichuan White rabbit was 15%.
