摘要
北京市装配式建筑现行发包承包过程中存在的合同关系复杂、设计施工分离、变更多、造价和工期难以控制等问题,提出在装配式建筑工程中推行工程总承包发包承包模式,并给出具体建议。研究成果对加快推进装配式建筑和工程总承包模式在北京乃至全国快速发展具有重要意义。
As the contractual relationship is complicated in Beijing, the design and construction are separated, the changes are much, the cost and the construction period are difficult to control and other issues, EPC contracting mode is proposed to carry out in assembled building projects, and specific suggestions are given, which of great significance to accelerating the rapid development of assembled buildings and EPC contracting mode in Beijing and the whole country.
