摘要 减少供热系统循环水泵的输送能耗是有效的节能途径之一,通过对变频水泵数据测试分析,得到不同工况下变频水泵的等效率曲线,据此分析、绘出变频水泵机电综合等效率曲线和运行的高效区间,并就工程各环节正确选择循环水泵的关键所在进行了描述,可为循环水泵的正确选型和系统节能运行提供有效的技术帮助。 One of the effective ways of energy saving in the heating system is to reduce the energy consumption of the circulating water pump, this paper analyzes and tests the data of frequency conversion water pump, draws the equivalent curve of variable frequency pump under different working conditions, according to this analysis, gives the electromechanical comprehensive equivalent efficiency curve and high efficiency operation range of variable frequency pump and describes the key to select the circulating water pump correctly in every link of the project, which provides effective technical assistance for selecting the correct circulating water pump and energy-saving operation of the system.
