随着社会的不断发展,对人才质量的要求越来越高,对CAD人才的需求也在不断增加,高校应结合企业实际需求,培养复合型实用人才.可利用行为导向教学法对CAD教学模式进行改革,分析行为导向法在CAD教学中的运用优势和原则,并结合CAD教学实际阐述如何具体运用,为培养优秀的CAD人才开辟崭新思路.

With the development of society, there is a higher demand for the quality of talents and an over-increasing need for CAD talents. Colleges and universities should cultivate versatile talents on the basis of the practical needs of enterprise. The reform of CAD teaching mode is carried out by using behavior-oriented teaching method. The paper analyses the advantages and principles of the teaching method, deals with the specific application in CAD teaching and points out the new way forward to cultivate excellent CAD talents.
