零件加工过程中基于尺寸链计算的“假废品”分析

摘要 在零件加工过程中,当工艺基准与设计基准不重合时,必须经过尺寸链计算,按换算后的工序尺寸进行加工或测量时,就会产生"假废品"的现象.通过实例分析"假废品"现象及其产生的原因,给出"假废品"公差带的确定方法,并提出了如何判定与处理"假废品"的相应措施. When technology datum and design datum don't coincide with each other, calculation has to be done through dimension chain~ when processing or measuring according to the converted operation size, the phenomenon of "false waste products" will occur in parts processing. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of "false waste products" and its causes through examples, gives the method of determining the tolerance zone of "false waste products", and puts forward the corresponding measures to determine and deal with "false waste products".
