摘要 目的对临床医学检验中质量控制提高因素及相应对策进行探析。方法将我院96例需要进行临床医学检验的患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,并分别给予针对性管理和常规管理,对两组患者的差错性事件发生情况以及对管理模式的满意程度进行对比。结果实验组48例患者的差错性事件总发生率为14.58%,管理总满意度为97.91%;对照组48例患者的差错性事件总发生率为37.50%,管理总满意度为72.91%,P<0.05.结论在临床医学检验中采用针对性管理,能够降低差错性事件的发生率和提高患者对管理的满意度,值得进行应用。 Objective To analyze quality control enhancing factors and countermeasures in clinical medical test. MethodsTreat 96 patients for clinical test as research objects, divide them into experimental and control group randomly, 48 cases in each, treat them with targeted management and routine management respectively. Compare error events incidence and satisfaction degree for management of two groups. Results Total error event incidence of 48 patients in experimental group was 14.58%, total satisfaction degree for management was 97.91%; total error event incidence of 48 patients in control group was 37.50%, and total satisfaction degree for management was 72.91%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Targeted management can reduce error event incidence and improve patients' satisfaction degree for management in clinical medical test, which is worthy of application.
