血浆BNP水平检验对心功能不全(舒张型)的诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic Value Discussion of Plasma BNP Level Test for Cardiac Insufficiency (Diastolic Type)

目的探讨血浆BNP水平检验对心功能不全(舒张型)的诊断价值。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的心功能不全(舒张型)患者36例为研究组,选取同期的健康体检者36例为对照组,对两组受检者实施血浆BNP水平检验,对比两组检验情况。结果观察组的血浆BNP水平高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者均为9例,随着等级的升高,患者的血浆BNP水平明显上升,不同等级之间比较,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平检验对心功能不全(舒张型)的诊断价值极高,能准确反映出患者的病况,依据血浆BNP水平判定疾病的严重程度,有利于对症治疗,值得应用。

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of plasma BNP level test for cardiac insufficiency（diastolic）. MethodsChoose 36 cases heart failure patients（diastolic type） in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as research group, and 36 healthy people at the same period as control group. Examine plasma BNP level of two groups, and compare test situation of two groups. Results BNP plasma level of observation group was higher than control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; there were 9 patients of level Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ in observation group, as level rose, plasma BNP level of patients increased significantly, comparison between different levels showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma BNP level test has extremely high diagnostic value for cardiac insufficiency（diastolic type）, can reflect patient＇s condition accurately, diagnosis severity of disease based on BNP plasma level, which is beneficial to symptomatic treatment, and worthy of application.
