家庭康复为中心的护理模式在脑瘫患儿中的应用

Application of Family Rehabilitation Centered Nursing Mode for Cerebral Palsy Children

目的分析家庭康复为中心的护理模式对脑瘫患儿的护理价值。方法选择我院在2014年10月到2016年10月收治的46例脑瘫患儿作为本研究的研究对象,将所有患儿按照随机方法划分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组患儿例行常规的治疗,并且配合常规护理,出院以后进行随访,观察组患儿在常规治疗和常规护理的基础之上为患者进行以家庭康复为中心的护理干预,出院后进行随访,对两组患儿的干预前后的PALCI的评分进行比较。结果干预前后两组患儿的PALCI评分均有所改善,但是观察组患儿的改善更为明显,P<0.05,差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论对于脑瘫患儿在治疗的过程当中为患儿落实以家庭康复为中心的护理模式进行干预指导,能够有效的改善患儿的病情,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze nursing value of family rehabilitation centered nursing mode on cerebral palsy children. Methods Choose 46 cases cerebral palsy children treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 as study objects. All children were divided into observation and control group randomly, 23 cases in each. Control group was treated with with routine threaply, routine nursing and follow-up after discharge, observation group with family rehabilitation centered nursing intervention based on routine treatment and nursing, follow-up after discharge. Compare PALCI scores before and after intervention between two groups. Results PALCI scores of two groups were improved before and after intervention, but improvement of observation group was more obvious, P〈0.05, difference showed statistical significance. Conclusion Family rehabilitation centered nursing mode is effective on improving disease condition of cerebral palsy children, which has value of promotion and application.
