摘要
目的研究临床护理路径在消化道出血护理教学中的运用效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年9月我院消化内科护理实习生43名为对照组,选取2016年10月至2017年9月我院消化内科护理实习生43名为观察组。对照组进行常规教学,观察组在常规教学基础上运用临床护理路径法。对比两组学习成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组学习成绩较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度95.35%(41/43)高于对照组79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道出血护理教学中应用临床护理路径,有助于护生掌握相关护理知识,提高教学满意度。
Objective To study effect of clinical nursing path in nursing teaching of digestive tract hemorrhage. MethodsChoose 43 cases nursing interns in gastroenterology department of our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 as control group, and 43 cases nursing interns in gastroenterology department from October 2016 to September 2017 as observation group. Control group was treated with routine teaching, and observation group with clinical nursing path method on the basis of routine teaching. Compare learning scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups. Results Learning scores of observation group were higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance,(P〈0.05), and teaching satisfaction of observation group was 95.35%(41/43), higher than control group 79.07%(34/43), difference showed statistical significance,(P〈0.05). ConclusionClinical nursing path is helpful for nursing students to master related nursing knowledge and improve teaching satisfaction during nursing teaching of digestive tract hemorrhage.
