胃食管反流病与反流性咽喉炎的关系分析

Relationship Analysis between Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and Reflux Laryngitis

目的总结并归纳胃食管反流病与反流性咽喉炎具有的内在关系,对病症的治疗提供更为精准的参考数据。方法从我院2014年9月至2017年9月,选取60例已确诊为顽固性慢性咽喉炎并胃食管反流患者作为研究对象,以计算机表法分为两组,治疗组以及对照组各30例,对照组对咽喉炎进行治疗,使用的药物为清热解毒药物,治疗组在对照组的用药基础上,使用治疗胃食管反流病的药物进行治疗,然后以两组患者在接受治疗后的治疗效果、RSI以及RFS评分作为主要评价标准,对两种治疗手段的治疗效果进行评估。结果在治疗组,使用治疗胃食管反流药物后,治疗效果、RSI以及RFS评分与对照组相比,呈现较为优异的状况,而且两者之间相差较大,而P<0.05,数据从统计结果思考,具有参考价值。结论返流性咽喉炎与胃食管反流病之间具有一定的相关性,因此对返流性咽喉炎患者进行治疗时,可以根据针对患者的胃食管反流病进行相关治疗。

Objective To summarize and induce internal relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease and reflux laryngitis, provide more accurate reference data for disease treatment. Methods Choose 60 cases diagnosed refractory chronic pharyngitis combined with gastroesophageal reflux patients in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2017 as research objects, divided into two groups with computer table method, 30 cases each in treatment and control group. Control group was treated with heat and toxic clearing medicine for pharyngitis, and treatment group with medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease based on control group. Evaluate curative effect of two treatment methods with evaluation criteria of treatment effect, RSI and RFS scores. Results After treatment, treatment effect, RSI and RFS scores of treatment group with gastroesophageal reflux medicine were better than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups, P〈0.05, which had reference value from angle of statistical results. Conclusion Reflux laryngitis has some certain correlation with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Therefore, reflux laryngitis patients can be treated according to patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
