氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病52例

Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Treating 52 Cases Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法将我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的62例高血压合并冠心病患者,依照患者不同治疗的方式将此62例患者分为两组(观察组、对照组),对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组患者经过治疗后发现,前者血压治疗后的情况明显优于后者,P<0.05;观察组心绞痛改善情况显著优于对照组(96.77%:80.65%,X^2=4.026,P=0.045);两组不良反应发生情况比较差异不大(3.23%:12.90%),无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论将氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片应用于高血压合并冠心病患者中后,其取得的治疗效果较为明显,并且有利于患者预后的改善,使血压水平和心绞痛症状有所缓解,提高疾病治愈率,减轻患者身体不适感,该治疗方式值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods Divide 62 cases hypertension patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 into two groups（observation group, control group） according to different treatment method. Control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets, and observation group with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. Compare curative effect of two groups. Results After treatment, blood pressure of observation group was better than control group, P〈0.05; angina pectoris improvement of observation group was significantly better than control group,（96.77%：80.65%, χ^2=4.026, P=0.045）; incidence of adverse reactions of two groups was（3.23%：12.90%）, difference showed no statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has obvious curative effect for hypertension patients with coronary heart disease,and is conducive to improve patient＇s prognosis, relieve blood pressure level and angina symptoms, enhance cure rate, and reduce body discomfort of patients, which is worthy of wide application in clinic practice.
