不同剂量阿托伐他汀在冠心病治疗中不良反应观察

Adverse Reaction Observation of Different Doses Atorvastatin in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的将不同剂量的阿托伐他汀应用在冠心病患者的治疗中,观察并分析患者的不良反应情况。方法本文实验分析资料是2015年10月至2017年9月本院开展治疗并纳入研究的60例冠心病患者,参考患者的阿托伐他汀给药剂量不同实行分组,20 mg剂量的阿托伐他汀用于参照组30例患者,40 mg剂量的阿托伐他汀用于实验组30例患者,统计2组治疗之前及治疗之后的总胆固醇含量、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量、不良反应合计率。结果实验组患者治疗之后的总胆固醇含量、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(4.0±0.2 mmol/L、2.2±0.1 mmol/L、1.7±0.6 mmol/L)比对于参照组患者数值(5.1±0.4 mmol/L、2.9±0.3 mmol/L、1.4±0.3 mmol/L),P<0.05,呈现出统计学数据值之间比较意义,实验组患者的不良反应合计率(26.67%)比对于参照组患者数值(20.00%),P>0.05,未呈现出统计学数据值之间比较意义。结论在冠心病患者的治疗中采取40mg剂量的阿托伐他汀对比20 mg剂量的阿托伐他汀临床效果更优,且没有使患者的不良反应明显增加,展示出安全性。

Objective To observe and analyze adverse reaction of different doses of atorvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease patients. Methods Collect experimental analysis data of 60 cases coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2017 in the study, divide them into groups according to different doses of atorvastatin, 30 cases in control group were treated with 20 mg dose of atorvastatin, and 30 cases in experiment group with 40 mg dose of atorvastatin. Carry on statistics of total cholesterol content, low density lipoprotein cholesterol content, high density lipoprotein cholesterol content and total adverse reaction rate before and after treatment of two groups.Results Total cholesterol content, low density lipoprotein cholesterol content, high density lipoprotein cholesterol content of experimental group after treatment was（4.0±0.2 mmol/L, 2.2±0.1 mmol/L,1.7±0.6 mmol/L）, and that of control group was（5.1±0.4 mmol/L,2.9±0.3 mmol/L,1.4±0.3 mmol/L）,P〈0.05, data comparison showed statistical significance between groups. Adverse reactions rate of experimental group was（26.67%）, that of control group was（20%）, P〈0.05, data difference showed no statistical significance. Conclusion 40 mg dose atorvastatin has better clinical effect in treatment of coronary heart disease than 20 mg dose atorvastatin, which has safety with not increasing adverse reactions of patients.
