人性化护理在儿科护理工作中的实践

Practice of Humanized Nursing in Paediatric Nursing

目的探讨人性化护理在儿科护理工作中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照的方法,选取2015年1月至2015年12月入住的患儿600例为对照组,2016年1月至2016年12月入住的患儿600例作为干预组,对所有的患儿均进行常规查体和护理。干预组在此基础上实施人性化护理。通过每月发放问卷调查,调查患儿家属对患儿疾病的认知及用药的知晓程度,以及家属对护理质量的满意度进行效果分析。结果干预组患儿家属的配合度、对相关知识的了解程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院及出院的满意度调查结果均在95分以上。结论将人性化护理应用在儿科护理工作中,能有效改善患儿的恐惧程度,有效提高家属的配合和理解,降低住院日,提高了患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To explore application effect of humanized nursing in paediatric nursing. Methods Choose 600 children admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 as control group. 600 children from December 2016 to January 2016 as intervention group. All children were treated with routine physical examination and nursing care.Intervention group was treated with humanistic nursing on above basis. Carry on monthly questionnaire survey to investigate awareness of family members＇ cognition on children＇s disease and medicine, and satisfaction degree on nursing quality,and analyze nursing effect. Results Compliance degree, awareness of related knowledge of family members in intervention group was higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）, satisfaction degree of hospitalization and discharge was 95 points above. Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve fear level of children effectively, enhance cooperation and understanding of family members, reduce hospitalization time and improve satisfaction degree of family members during pediatric nursing.
