ICU护理中重症病人APACHEII评分的应用分析

Application Analysis of APACHEII Scores for Nursing of Severe ICU Patients

目的探讨分析ICU护理中重症病人APACHEII评分的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月到2017年6月接受治疗的60例患者作为主要的研究对象,将这60例患者进行随机分组,主要分为观察组(侧重护理,n=30)与对照组(常规护理,n=30),比较两组患者并发症,病房入住时间、总费用以及抢救成功率,护理满意度的情况。结果观察组的并发症的发生率和入住时间、总费用都明显低于对照组;观察组抢救成功率为96.6%,对照组为76.6%;观察组的总满意度是100%,对照组的总满意度是40%,观察组明显高于对照组,其数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论把APACHEII评分应用在ICU护理中,不仅可以提高抢救成功率,还可以减少重症病房时间和住院的总费用,进一步减少并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore and analyze application effect of APACHEII scores on nursing of severe ICU patients. Methods Choose 60 patients from June 2016 to June 2017 as study objects, divide them into two groups randomly, including observation group（with emphasized nursing, n=30） and control group（routine nursing, n=30）. Compare complications, ward stay, total cost and the success rate of rescue of two groups. nursing satisfaction. Results Complication rate, occupancy time, total costs of of observation group was significantly lower than control group; success rate of observation group was 96.6%, that of control group was 76.6%; total satisfaction of observation group was 100%, and that of control group was 40%, data of observation group was significantly higher than control group, data comparison difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. ConclusionAPACHEII scores can not only improve rescue success rate, but can reduce ICU time and total cost of hospitalization, and complications incidence, improve nursing satisfaction of ICU patients, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
