"互联网+"时代既给工会工作带来巨大挑战,也为工会组织建设和提升工会履职能力、服务水平带来新的历史机遇。同时,随着现代网络技术和信息社会的不断发展,职工的行为方式和习惯偏好发生变化,互联网也越来越成为职工学习、工作和生活的新空间,成为职工获取公共服务的新平台。这就需要工会组织密切联系职工群众的客观需求,改革创新工作方式,积极构建网上工会建设体系,打造网上网下深度融合、互相联动的工作格局,有效组织职工、凝聚职工和服务职工,促进工会工作有效开展。

The era of ＂Internet ＋＂ not only brings great challenges to the trade union work,but also brings new historical opportunities for the trade union organization to build up and improve the ability and service level ofto carry out its duties. At the same time, with the continuous development of modern network technology and information society, workers and staffs behavior and habits have changed,and the Internet has become a new space for workers to learn, work and live. In order to become a new platform for employees to obtain public services, it requires trade union organizations to closely relate to the objective needs of the masses of workers, to reform and innovate their working methods, to actively build an online trade union construction system, and to create a work pattern of deep integration and mutual interaction between the Internet and off the net, effectively organizingworkers,uniting workers,serving workers,and promoting the effective development of trade union work.
