工会创新服务新实践——以留守儿童帮扶共成长活动为例

摘要 本文以北京大学环境科学与工程学院河北兴隆留守儿童帮扶共成长活动为例,通过分析工会创新服务的路径和机制,提出了帮扶注重覆盖从温饱关怀、精神关爱到环保教育等不同需求层次,以及爱心实践立意和形式从"助成长"发展到"共成长",吸引多方力量参与帮扶,合力共建,实现工会职能由活动型转变为学习型、福利型转变为人文型、依附型转变为主动型的三重转变。同时,通过加强党工团共建,形成工作合力,推进生态文明教育,形成工会创新服务机制。 In this paper, the new practice way of the work union of College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Peking University is analyzed. We take helping the left-behind children of Hebei Xinglong elementary school as an example. Firstly, we focus on the different needs of food, clothing, mental health, environmental education, etc. Besides, the meaning and method of the practice has been developed from help them growing to growing together. Furthermore, help from all sides takes part in the practice. And we aim to achieve three changes of the function of the work union: from activity oriented to learning oriented, from welfare concern to humanistic concern, from positive to active. Besides, the new work union mechanism is formed by two ways,building joint efforts of the Communist Party, the Communist Youth League and the work union and promoting the education of ecological civilization to serve the society.
