急、慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎一次法根管治疗术的近期疗效

Acute and Chronic Pulpitis and Chronic Apical Periarthritis a Method of The Recent Efficacy of Root Canal Therapy

目的探讨在急、慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎患者中应用一次法根管治疗术的治疗效果及价值。方法随机选取本院160例急、慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组采用常规的方法进行多次根管治疗术,治疗组则采用一次法进行根管治疗术。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者术后3个月、1年的复查中,治疗成功率分别为96.25%、93.75%,与对照组95%、92.5%对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对急、慢性牙髓炎以及慢性根尖周炎患者,在临床中医生需根据患者的不同情况来制定合理的治疗方案,才能有效的促进患者健康的恢复。

Objective To investigate curative effect and value of once-through root canal therapy for acute and chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods Choose 160 cases acute and chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis patients randomly as research objects, divide them into two groups randomly, 80 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine methods of multiple root canal therapy, and treatment group with once-through root canal therapy. Observe curative effect of two groups. Results 3 months and 1 year postoperative review showed, success rate of treatment group was 96.25% and 93.75% respectively, with no significant difference from 95% and 92.5% of control group,（P〈0.05）. ConclusionClinical doctors should make rational treatment based on different conditions of patients with acute and chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis, and promote health recovery of patients effectively.
