心理护理在ICU重症护理中的效果研究

Effect Study on Psychological Nursing in ICU Intensive Care

目的分析与研究心理护理在ICU重症护理中的应用效果。方法本次研究的对象为2016年9月至2017年6月在我院接受治疗的80例ICU重症患者,通过电脑随机的把配合研究的患者分为观察组与对照组,每个研究小组各40例,观察与比较两组ICU重症患者的心理状态评分以及护理满意度。结果两组研究小组经过一段时间的护理后,观察组患者心理状态和护理满意度均显著优于对照组,两组存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU重症患者护理的过程中采用心理护理的效果十分显著。心理护理不仅可以在一定程度上消除与缓解ICU重症患者的不良情绪,同时也能够有效提高患者的护理满意度,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To analyze and study effect of psychological nursing in ICU intensive care. Methods Treat 80 cases ICU patients from September 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital as research objects, divide them into observation and control group by computer randomly, 40 cases in each. Observe and compare mental state scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups of ICU patients. Results After a period of nursing for two groups, mental state and nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. ConclusionPsychological nursing has significant effect on nursing of ICU patients, which can not only eliminate and relieve bad mood of ICU patients to some certain extent, but improve patient＇s nursing satisfaction effectively and promote early recovery of patients.
