中西医结合辩证治疗对缺血性中风偏瘫患者的临床效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察中西医结合辩证治疗对缺血性中风偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法临床资料为我院72例缺血性中风偏瘫患者,将所选患者按住院单双号顺序均分为常规西医治疗组(A组)及中西医结合辩证治疗组(B组)。A组采用西医内科疗法,B组在A组基础上加用中药、针灸等方法,对比分析两组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分(CNS)、下肢运动功能积分(Fugle-Meyer)及治疗后有效率的差异。结果治疗前两组CNS及Fugle-Meyer无明显差异,治疗后B组优于A组。B组总有效率为83.3%,明显高于A组的63.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对本类患者早期采用中西医结合辩证疗法,可明显改善患者神经功能,有效恢复下肢运动能力,提高生活质量。 Objective To observe clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on ischemic stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods Clinical data was from 72 cases ischemic stroke hemiplegia patients in our hospital, divide them into routine western medicine treatment group(group A) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine symptoms treatment group(group B) according to odd and even hospitalization number. Group A was treated with western medicine therapy, and group B with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture based on group A. Compare and analyze difference of neurological deficit scores(CNS), lower limb motor function scores(Fugle-Meyer) and effective rate of two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, CNS and Fugle-Meyer had no significant difference between two groups, and that of group B was better than group A after treatment. Total effective rate of group B was 83.3%, significantly higher than 63.9% of group A, difference showed statistical significance,(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early integrated traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can significantly improve patient's neurological function, restore motor function of lower limbs effectively, and improve life quality.
