气管肿瘤切除术7例的麻醉回顾分析

Retrospective Analysis of 7 Cases Anesthesia of Tracheal Tumor Resection

目的回顾分析气管肿瘤切除麻醉管理。方法对首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院2009至2016年共7例气管肿瘤切除术麻醉回顾性分析,结合文献探讨气管肿瘤切除术围术期的麻醉管理方法。结果围术期麻醉处理合理、安全,保证手术顺利进行,无麻醉并发症。结论气管肿瘤手术麻醉管理涉及围术期各方面,重点是对气道的管理及保护,避免肺泡通气不足、弥散障碍,手术期间应加强监测,保证患者安全。

Objective Review and analyze anesthetic management of tracheal tumor resection. Methods Review and analyze 7 cases anesthesia of tracheal tumor resection in Beijing Century Altar Hospital, Afflicated to Capital Medical University from 2009 to 2016, and explore anesthesia management methods during perioperative period of tracheal tumor resection based on literature reports. Results Perioperative anesthetic management was reasonable and safe, which ensures smooth operation without anesthesia complications. Conclusion Anesthesia management of tracheal tumor operation involves all aspects of perioperative period, key point is management and protection of airway, avoiding insufficiency of alveolar ventilation and impeded diffusion, and monitoring should be strengthened during operation to ensure patient＇s safety.
