社区居民对社区护理服务的满意度及其影响因素

Satisfaction Community Residents with Community Nursing Service and Influencing Factors

目的分析讨社区居民对社区护理服务的满意度及其影响因素。方法选取本院服务的居民78例作为样本,根据护理方法的不同,将居民分为观察组与对照组2组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在分析居民满意度的影响因素的基础上,实施优质护理干预。采用调查问卷法,调查居民的护理满意度。结果观察组各项得分、居民满意度97.44%、慢病发病率2.56%,与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过建立健康档案、健康宣教及家庭访视等方式加强社区护理,有助于提高居民对疾病相关知识的掌握情况,降低慢病发病率,提高居民的护理满意度[1]。

Objective To analyze for community residents of community nursing service satisfaction and its influencing factors. Selection. Methods A sample of 78 cases of people of our service according to different nursing method, the residents can be divided into observation group and control group 2. Control group given conventional nursing, the observation group based on the analysis of the influence factors of residents＇ satisfaction, high quality nursing intervention. Using the questionnaire method to investigate residents＇ satisfaction with nursing care. Results Observation group the score the incidence of chronic disease, residents＇ satisfaction with 97.44%, 97.44%, compared with the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThrough the establishment of health records, health education and family visit to strengthen community care, help to improve residents＇ mastery of disease related knowledge, the incidence of chronic disease reduce, improve the residents＇ satisfaction with nursing care .
