摘要
高校教师在实施领导力时存在很多问题:教师领导和行政管理二元化;缺乏校园文化氛围;缺少专业机构。针对这些问题提出改革措施:首先是从教师角度,通过提高教师的情绪智力,培养教师"学生导向"的领导观,增加教师的语言感染力;其次是从外界环境角度,创设与教师领导力相匹配的情境,营造支持教师领导力的校园文化,构建"权益平衡"机制。
There are many problems in the implementation of leadership by university teachers: the dualization of teacher leadership and administration; the lack of a campus culture; the lack of professional institutions. This paper puts forward some improvement measures for these problems. First,from the teacher's point of view,we should improve the teacher's emotional intelligence,cultivate the teacher's "student-oriented"leadership concept and increase the teacher's language appeal. Secondly,from the perspective of the external environment,we create a situation that matches teachers' leadership,build a campus culture that supports teachers' leadership,and establish a "balance of rights and interests"mechanism through schools.
