提高高校教师领导力的策略研究

Research on Strategies for Improving Leadership of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校教师在实施领导力时存在很多问题：教师领导和行政管理二元化;缺乏校园文化氛围;缺少专业机构。针对这些问题提出改革措施：首先是从教师角度,通过提高教师的情绪智力,培养教师＂学生导向＂的领导观,增加教师的语言感染力;其次是从外界环境角度,创设与教师领导力相匹配的情境,营造支持教师领导力的校园文化,构建＂权益平衡＂机制。

There are many problems in the implementation of leadership by university teachers： the dualization of teacher leadership and administration; the lack of a campus culture; the lack of professional institutions. This paper puts forward some improvement measures for these problems. First,from the teacher＇s point of view,we should improve the teacher＇s emotional intelligence,cultivate the teacher＇s ＂student-oriented＂leadership concept and increase the teacher＇s language appeal. Secondly,from the perspective of the external environment,we create a situation that matches teachers＇ leadership,build a campus culture that supports teachers＇ leadership,and establish a ＂balance of rights and interests＂mechanism through schools.
