关于医学人文师资队伍建设的若干思考——以山东省医学类专科学校为例

Some Thoughts on Construction of Medical Humanities Teachers——Taking Medical Colleges of Shandong as an Example

当前我国医学人文素质教育的实施情况并不理想,医学人文教师队伍还存在一些现实问题,以山东省医学类专科学校为例,阐述医学人文教师队伍建设的重要性,并结合山东省医学人文教师队伍建设存在的问题提出几点科学合理的解决对策和建议。从提高思想认识,转变医学教育观念,加强师资培养与培训,提高综合素质等方面加以改进,进而提高医学专业学生的培养质量和医学教育的整体质量。

At present,the implementation of the medical humanistic quality education in China is not ideal,there are still some realistic problems in the construction of medical humanities teachers. Taking the medical colleges of Shandong as an example,the paper demonstrates the importance of the construction of medical humanistic teachers and puts forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems existing in the construction of medical humanistic teachers of medical colleges of Shandong. The suggestions includes improving and changing the thoughts and principles of medical education and strengthening the training of medical humanistic teachers in order to enhance their comprehensive quality,and improve the quality of medical students＇ training and the overall quality of medical education.
