民族地区生产性服务业:水平、结构及产业支撑作用——基于民族八省区、全国、上海投入产出表的比较分析

Development Level,Structure,and Role of Industry Support of Productive Service Industry in the Minority Area:A Comparison with Shanghai and China Based on Input-Output Approach

文章采用投入—产出法,对民族地区生产性服务业的水平、结构及产业支撑作用与上海、全国进行比较研究。民族地区生产性服务业发展水平低,结构落后,产业支撑作用相对较弱。民族地区生产性服务业的发展差距与民族地区的经济发展方式、产业结构及市场化水平低有关。民族地区要通过加快产业转型,调整产业结构,创新体制机制促进生产性服务业发展。

This paper adopts the input-output method to conduct a study of the Development level and structure of Minority Area＇s productive service industry as well as their role of Industry Support to various industries through a comparison with Shanghai and China.Development and structure and role of Industry Support to various industries of productive Service in Minority Area are at a low level.The reason for this are the development mode of economy,industrial structure and low level of marketization.To promote the development of producer services,The Minority Area should transform the development mode of economy,adjust the industrial structure,and innovate system and mechanism.
