摘要
目的:检测SRC-3、FBXW7在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)中的表达情况,分析两者与OSCC发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法,分别检测SRC-3、FBXW7在50例OSCC组织和22例口腔正常黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果:在OSCC组织和口腔正常黏膜组织中,SRC-3的阳性表达率分别为60.0%、27.3%(P<0.05);FBXW7的阳性表达率分别为42.0%、72.7%(P<0.05);在OSCC组织中,SRC-3的表达水平与临床分期及颈淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),但与年龄、性别及分化程度无关(P>0.05);FBXW7的表达水平与分化程度、临床分期及颈淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),但与年龄及性别无关(P>0.05);且SRC-3与FBXW7的表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.298,P=0.035)。结论:SRC-3和FBXW7与OSCC的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) tissues and the progression of OSCC. Method: The expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in 50 OSCC tissues and 22 oral normal mucosal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: The positive rate of SRC-3 was higher in OSCC than in oral normal mucosal tissues(P 0. 05). And the positive rate of FBXW7 was lower in OSCC than in oral normal mucosal tissues(P 0. 05). The expression of SRC-3 in OSCC was correlated with clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis(all P 0. 05),but irrelated with age,gender and differentiation(all P 0. 05). The expression of FBXW7 was correlated with differentiation,clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis(all P 0. 05),but irrelated with age and gender(all P 0. 05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in OSCC(r =-0. 298,P = 0. 035). Conclusion: Present findings suggest that SRC-3 and FBXW7 played a vital role in the progression of OSCC.
