Progress and Enlightenment of Value-Based Medical Research

随着医疗服务机构面临质量、成本等多方面压力的不断加大,"价值导向型医疗"已成为全球医疗管理改革的重要模式,医疗机构通过为患者创造更高价值的医疗服务从而获得可持续的竞争优势。因此,衡量和提升医疗服务价值成为全球医疗服务机构的迫切需求。文章通过对价值导向型医疗及医疗服务价值理论进行深入研究,为我国开展价值导向型医疗以及医疗服务价值研究提供参考。

With great pressure on quality, cost and so on, ＂value-based health care＂ has become an important mode of global medical management reform; Medical institutions gained sustainable competitive advantages by creating higher value of medical ser- vice for patients. Therefore, measuring and improving the value of health care had became an urgent demand for global health servic- es. It focused on value-based health care and the value of health care through literature research, so as to provide references for im- plementing alue-based health care and the value of health care in China.
