沥青混凝土防渗面板的鼓包缺陷调研及成因分析 被引量:2

摘要 土石坝沥青混凝土防渗面板正在国内得到越来越广泛的应用,其运行时因各种原因可能会出现各种缺陷,其中面板鼓包缺陷成因复杂,可与面板反水(汽)压、分层施工中水汽进入面板夹层、沥青混凝土中采用病害矿料、施工碾压时洒水过大等因素有关。本文结合国内外调研,对张河湾上库沥青混凝土面板的鼓包进行了检测分析,认为鼓包与库水作用和日照作用有关,但多数鼓包可能与排水层是否承压(水压或汽压)关系不大。 Asphalt impervious facing has being more and more adopted in the pumped storage project of China. During its operation,defects of cracking,blisters,etc. may appear in the facing. Various effects could cause facing blisters,for instance,back water(or vapor)pressure behind the facing,interlayer water in the layered paving during facing construction,sick mineral aggregate used in the asphalt mixture,over sprinkling during the face compaction work,and so on. In this paper,asphalt blister defects has been investigated to the asphalt facing projects both at home and abroad,the face blisters of Zhanghewan upper reservoir has been inspected on the site,cores were also drilled from the facing,the inspected data were statistically analysed,and the blisters have been considered to be caused by the action of reservoir water and sunlight warm-up,and have little relationship with the pressure bearing or not in the drainage layer of the asphalt facing.
