瑞舒伐他汀联合依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病早期视网膜病变的疗效及对血清IGF-1、BNP、HbA1c水平的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病早期视网膜病变的临床疗效及对血清IGF-1、BNP、HbA1c水平的影响变化。方法选择2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者62例,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组以对照组为基础联合依帕司他治疗,两组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后,观察两组临床疗效;与治疗前后检测两组血清IGF-1、BNP、HbA1c水平及血清MDA、SOD、TAC水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有疗效(93.8%)明显高于对照组(80.0%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清IGF-1、BNP、HbA1c水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MDA水平显著低于对照组,SOD、TAC显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用瑞舒伐他汀联合依帕司他治疗老年2型糖尿病早期视网膜病变,可显著抑制氧化应激反应,提高其临床疗效,从而降低血清IGF-1、BNP、HbA1c水平。
