公共精神的生发逻辑及青少年公共精神的培育路径

On the Public Spirit's Innate Logic and the Cultivation Path of Youth Public Spirit

公共精神作为现代公民的核心品质,是社会公共伦理通过社会公共生活实践在个体主观精神世界的沉淀和积累,是一个由公共意识到公共理性再到公共责任感的发展性生成过程。青少年作为未成熟公民,其公共精神生发状况直接决定着未来社会的公共生活品质。由于学校生活是青少年最为重要的公共生活,其公共精神生发与表达皆具有鲜明的校园特色。学校应依从公共精神的生发逻辑和青少年的现实特征,重建学校公共生活,为青少年公共精神生长提供现实基础;引导青少年以"公共人"角色进行交往,增进其对公共价值的理解;拓宽公共参与领域,在实践中启迪青少年的公共理性;以学校公共生活文化建设滋养青少年的精神世界,培育其公共责任感。

Public spirit, as the core quality of the modern citizens, is the social public ethics＇ precipitation and accumulation in the individual subjective spiritual world through the social public life, is a developmental generation process from public awareness to public rationality and to public responsibility. As immature citizens, teenagers＇ public spirit determines the public life quality of the future society. Since campus life is the most important public life for teenagers, the development of public spirit and expression have distinct characteristics of campus life. Schools should rebuild the public life on campus by complying with the development and realistic characteristics of the public spirit of the teenagers, and provide a realistic basis for the development of the public spirit of teenagers. Schools should build a rich public communication platform for the role of ＂public person＂ to guide the teenagers to understand the public value, broaden the field of public participation to enlighten teenagers＇ public rationality, and construct campus public life culture to cultivate teenagers＇ spirit world and develop their public responsibility.
