以新发展理念引领民族地区义务教育均衡发展 被引量:12

To Guide the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Minority Areas with New Development Concepts

摘要 当前,民族地区义务教育明显存在发展动力不足、协调发展不够、绿色理念不强、开放水平不高、资源共享不充分等问题,成为制约我国义务教育均衡发展的短板。因此,推进民族地区义务教育更高水平的均衡发展,需要以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"新发展理念为引领。具体而言,要以创新增强民族地区义务教育均衡发展动力,以协调推进民族地区义务教育整体全面发展,以绿色引领民族地区义务教育健康持续发展,以开放拓展民族地区义务教育优质教育资源,以共享保障民族地区义务教育公平正义发展。 At present, there are obvious problems in the development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas, such as the lack of development impetus, lack of coordinated development, the lack of green development concepts, the low level of openness as well as insufficient resource sharing, which have become the short board of the balanced development of compulsory education in our country. Therefore, to promote higher level of balanced development of compulsory education in minority areas, we need to take the New Development Concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" as the guidance. To be more specific, we should strengthen the momentum of development of balanced development of the compulsory education in ethnic minority areas by innovation, promote the overall development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas through coordination, guide the continued and healthy development of compulsory education in minority areas with the concept of green development, expand the high quality education resources for compulsory education in minority areas with the concept of openness, and guarantee the equitable development of compulsory education in minority areas with the concept of sharingo
