摘要
目的研究"Q群+飞信"信息传递模式在神经外科护理管理中的应用。方法选取2016年4月‐2017年4月该院神经外科患者120例进行实验研究,采用数字法随机将其分为观察组和对照组;观察组护理过程中实施"Q群+飞信"信息传递模式,对照组护理过程中实施普通口头传递信息方式。对比观察两组的应用效果。结果观察组患者护理质量满意率、总满意率分别70.00%(42/60)、96.67%(58/60),均显著高于对照组患者的51.67%(31/60)、81.67%(49/60)(P<0.05);观察组患者的重要信息知晓情况、推广执行情况以及重点工作的完成情况得分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者出院时焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院9个月后,观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组护理人员不良事件发生率为6.67%(4/60),低于对照组的21.67%(13/60)(P<0.05)。结论 "Q群+飞信"信息传递模式能够提升神经外科工作人员的工作效率以及工作质量,提升患者对护士的满意度;此种信息传递模式较为方便,管理实施的对象较容易接受,管理的效果较为明显。
【Objective】To study the "Q group + Fetion" information transfer mode applied in nursing management in the Department of Neurosurgery.【Methods】From April 2016 to April 2017, 120 patients in the Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital were enrolled in the experimental research. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital method, 60 cases in each group. "Q group + Fetion" information transfer mode was implemented in the nursing process of the observation group, while normal oral transmission mode was implemented in the control group. The effect of the two groups was compared.【Results】The nursing quality satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were 70%(42/60) and 96.67%(58/60) respectively, which were significantly higher than 51.67%(31/60), 81.67%(49/60) in the control group(P 0.05). The awareness of important information, the promotion of implementation and the completion of the key work in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety score, depression score between the two groups(P 0.05). Nine months after discharge, the scores of anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.05). The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.67%, lower than 21.67% in the control group(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 "Q group + Fetion" information transfer mode can improve the work efficiency and work quality of the staff in the Department of Neurosurgery, and improve nurse satisfaction. The information transfer mode is more convenient, and it is easier to be accepted by the management object with obvious management effect.
