摘要
目的为了降低LH750全自动血液分析仪的故障率,保障仪器的正常运转。方法通过分析LH750型全自动血液分析仪的检测原理,对其使用过程中的常见故障提供了原因分析。结果通过分析该仪器出现的常见故障,对常见故障的部件主动进行预防性维护,有效地降低了该仪器的故障率。结论分析检测LH750全自动血液分析仪的原理和常见故障,可以有效的降低仪器的故障发生率,保障临床的正常运行。
【Objective】To reduce the failure rate of LH750 automatic hematology analyzer and ensure the normal operation of the instrument.【Methods】By analyzing the detection principle of LH750 automatic hematology analyzer, the causes of the common failures in the use of the analyzer were analyzed.【Results】Through the analysis of the common faults of the instrument, the corresponding preventive maintenance of the parts with common failures was effectively carried out, and the failure rate of the instrument was effectively reduced.【Conclusion】The analysis of the detection principle and the common faults of the instrument can effectively reduce the malfunction rate of the instrument and guarantee the normal operation of the clinic.
