摘要
中重院以联合设计的方式,为青岛特钢3号矩形坯连铸机引进了新日铁中间罐等离子加热技术与装备,并于2016年/月投产,主要介绍中间罐等离子加热装置的特点,设备组成,使用情况及经济性分析。
By joint-design,Sino-heavy Mach introduced the tundish plasma heater technology of NSENGI for 3# Billet CCM of Qing Dao iron steel group Co.,Ltd.. The equipment went into production in Jan,2016.This paper introduce the characteristic,equipment composition,application effect and economical efficiency of tundish plasma heater technology.
