How to establish a project cost index system that is complete,reliable,accurate and timely to reflect the market has important sense. Based on combing and analyzing the data generation,storage,screening and use,and data eliminate of all aspects of the construction project cost,this paper builds the cost index system,analyzes and establishes the corresponding model selection mechanism for screening and use.
