摘要
基于数理统计学中正态分布下确定合理最低价评标方法,对投标报价进行均值和标准差的计算,引入区间估计和正态分布,对报价进行处理,确定评标基准价,通过各投标人分部分项工程项目清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单报价和基准综合单价报价的偏差率来计算扣分,再根据控制价中各清单合价占造价的比重确定权重,最终加权得到各投标人投标报价总得分。
Based on the statistics of normal distribution to determine the reasonable lowest price bid,this paper calculates the mean value and standard deviation of the bid price,and deals with the price through the interval estimation and normal distribution,determines the benchmark price. Then,calculates the deviation rate of the bidders' sub-project items list,list of measures items,other items list and the benchmark comprehensive unit price quotation to deduct points,and determines the weight according to the price in the price control list accounted for the proportion of the final cost,finally gets the total score by weight.
