结合甲醇精馏装置生产过程工艺特点,应用浙江中控APC-Suite先进控制软件包,开发实施甲醇精馏生产过程先进控制系统,实现对甲醇精馏生产过程的精细化控制,结合装置蒸汽管网压力波动,实现智能调整装置进料负荷,保证装置长期稳定运行,并提高产品质量,降低装置能耗。

Combined with operation and process characteristics of methanol distillation unit, by use of Zhejiang Zhongkong APC-Suite advanced control software, advanced control system of methanol distillation is developed to realize methanol distillation fine control. Baesd on pressure fluctuation of steam pipe network, intelligent adjustment of feed capacity could be achieved to ensure long-term stable operation, product quality increase and energy consumption decrease.
