摘要
晋煤天源原有甲醇精馏装置采用预塔、加压塔和常压塔三塔精馏流程,随着公司产品结构优化调整方案的实施,原装置5万t/a的处理能力已不能满足实际生产需要。经多方考察论证,对甲醇精馏装置进行产能优化调整,调整过程尽量利用原有设备,通过并联新设备的方式,实现装置产能优化,达到10万t/a的处理能力,精甲醇产品符合优等品质量标准。
Three tower flow which consists of primary tower, pressurized tower and atmospheric tower is used in methanol distillation plant of Jinmei Tianyuan Company. With the implementation of product structure optimization and adjustment scheme, the original capacity of 50 kt/a couldn't meet the requirement of production. By investigation and discussion in many ways, production capacity of methanol distillation is optimized and adjusted. During adjustment process, original devices are used as far as possible. By adding new devices in parallel, production capacity is optimized and reaches 100 kt/a, methanol product quality can meet superior product quality standard.
