摘要
自产合成氨的煤化工装置锅炉烟气通常采用"SNCR烟气脱硝+氨法脱硫"工艺组合,氨法脱硫系统运行中硫酸铵浓缩结晶恶化是较为严重的事故。本文介绍了一起由脱硝系统引起的脱硫系统硫酸铵结晶恶化事故,分析其发生原因,并提出了防控措施。
Coal chemical plant that produces ammonia usually uses "SNCR flue gas denitrification + ammonia desulfurization" combination process to treat boiler flue gas. During the operation of ammonia desulfurization system, ammonium sulfate condensation crystallization is a relative serious accident. In this paper, an accident of ammonium sulfate crystallization in desulfurization system caused by gas denitrification system is introduced. The reasons for its occurrence are analyzed and the prevention and control measures are put forward.
