乡村振兴战略背景下西部地区农村就地城镇化的模式选择

西部地区历来与国家民族发展息息相关,同时,国情决定西部部分农民必然就地城镇化,根据动力机制和空间布局科学分类的房地产开发、企业带动、项目统筹、集体筹资、政府保障、中心村建设、慈善资助等路径或模式比较适合西部实际,各省区结合自身特点可采取一种或者几种结合起来的混合模式。政府政策导向可有力推进就地城镇化进程,建设过程必须注重软环境建设和民族文化的保护。
