摘要 本文开发了一种基于水汽凝结原理的基因点突变芯片反应的检测平台——汽凝仪。该平台以pc Duino开发板为核心控制器,通过超声雾化模块为基因点突变芯片提供水汽凝结环境,然后利用微距摄像头采集芯片图像或影像,并开发基因芯片图像处理算法对采集到的图像进行分析得出基因芯片检测的结果。本文采用此装置实现了抑癌基因p53的220编码区的基因点突变的检测。该平台作为检测基因点突变芯片反应的仪器,具有准确率高、操作方便、低成本以及便携等优点。 This paper developed a platform which called condensate-instrument for detection of a gene point mutation on chip based on vapor condensation. A development board, pcDuino, was used as the core controller of the condensate-instrument, and an ultrasonic atomization module was used to provide a vapor condensation condition for gene chip detection, while a macro-camera was used to record the detection images or video. The detection images were analyzed by image processing algorithms designing for the gene chip detection to get the detection results of gene point mutation. The condensate-instrument was used to achieve the detection of the gene point mutation of suppressor p53 gene on code 220. Being the platform for the detection of gene chip based on vapor condensation, the device has advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, low cost and portability.
