宫颈癌的图像引导放疗研究综述

Review of Imaging Radiotherapy for Cervical Cancer

在宫颈癌放射治疗过程中,有许多不确定性因素影响着放射治疗的精度,而图像引导放疗可以保证宫颈癌患者放疗的精确性和准确性,保证放疗的质量。本文首先介绍了图像引导放疗的研究进展,包括图像引导放射治疗对放疗精度的保证性,以及图像引导内照射等。其次,通过查阅相关文献,本文综述了图像引导放疗在宫颈癌治疗中的应用,包括在分析宫颈癌分次摆位误差中与宫颈癌膀胱充盈状态和靶区移动变化中的应用,以及在分析宫颈癌靶区外扩方面的应用。最后对图像引导放疗的未来研究方向做出了展望,以期可以为相关的研究提供参考。

It is well known that there are many uncertainties affecting the accuracy of radiotherapy in the course of radiotherapy for cervical cancer. However, image guided radiotherapy can ensure the accuracy of radiotherapy for cervical cancer patients and ensure the quality of radiotherapy. So, the research progress of image guided radiotherapy, including the guarantee of radiotherapy accuracy of image guided radiotherapy, as well as image guidance internal irradiation were introduced frstly in this paper. Secondly, the application of image guided radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer was summarized by referring to relevant literatures. For example, the application of cervical carcinoma in the position of cervical carcinoma and the metastasis in the target area and the application of the cervical cancer target area were analyzed. Finally, the future research direction of image guided radiotherapy was prospected. We hope this paper can provide reference for related research.
