Process reengineering of academic journal editors under the background of media convergence

针对融媒体时代高校学术期刊发展问题,从学术期刊编辑流程再造的角度,分析了融媒体时代高校学术期刊面临的问题。借鉴流程再造理论,结合融媒体发展特点,从选题策划、组稿、审稿、编辑加工、出版发行等环节分析了融媒体与传统媒体的异同,结合融媒体特质给出融媒体时代高校学术期刊编辑流程再造的方法,即建立以用户为中心的、多介质传播的、传受互动的融媒体编辑流程。

Aiming at the development of academic journals in colleges and universities, from the perspective of the process reengineering of academic journal editors, the problems faced by academic journals in the era of media convergence are analyzed. The similarities and differences between the media convergence and traditional media are analyzed, by drawing on the theory of process reengineering, combining the characteristics of the development of the melt media, and selecting from the planning, editing, proofreading, soliciting, publishing and other links. Combined with the characteristics of the media, the method of the process reengineering of academic journal editors in the era of media convergence is given, that is, the establishment of a user centric, multi media transmission, interactive media editing process.
