油田机采系统节能配套技术应用研究

摘要 根据中原油田机采系统测试数据,研究分析了影响机采系统效率的地层供液能力、生产参数、高气液比、平衡度、电动机功率因数、电动机功率配置等因素。针对各并具体情况通过“五个结合”工作方式(即监测技术与地质、工程、注水、设备管理相结合)开展提出了地面、井筒、地下“三位一体”机采系统效率提升技术应用研究,逐步形成与油田开发、管理特点相适应的提升机采系统效率配套系列技术。在现场应用后机采效率显著提升,达到了“节能降耗、稳产增效”的目的,节能效果良好。 According to the test data of mechanical production system in Zhongyuan Oilfield, the formation fluid supply capacity, production parameters, high gas liquid ratio, balance degree, motor power factor, motor power configuration and other factors affecting the efficiency of mechanical production system are studied and analyzed. According to the specific circumstances of the well through the "Five Combination" mode (i.e. monitoring technology and engineering, geology, water, equipment management combination) are put forward, the ground and underground shaft "three-in-one" apheresis technology application to enhance the efficiency of the system, and gradually form a series of system efficiency and adapt to the characteristics of mining technology for oilfield development, management of Noist. After field application, the machine recovery efficiency has been significantly improved, reaching the goal of "saving energy, reducing consumption, stabilizing production and increasing efficiency", and the energy saving effect is good.
