摘要
冷库围护结构的保温性能对冷库的运行能耗有很大影响。本文分析了土建冷库建筑围护中砌体、保温形式、保温材料、墙体表面材料对保温的影响,对土建冷库建筑的围护结构2种保温形式进行计算分析。结果表明采用外保温结构的冷库墙体保温性能更好,砌体的温度更低,蓄冷量大,能有效减小库内温度的波动;同时还减少了墙体的施工层数从而减少了施工周期和成本。
The insulation performance of cold storage envelop enclosure has a great influence on the energy consumption. The effect of masonry, insulation type, insulation materials, and wall surface materials on thermal insulation in civil cold storage envelop enclosure was analyzed in this paper. And two kinds of thermal insulation type are calculated and analyzed. The results show that using external insulation structure for cold storage envelop enclosure has better insulation performance. The masonry has more cool storage capacity which can reduce the temperature fluctuation in warehouse effectively. It also can reduce the construction period and cost.
