摘要
目的:分析医院住院药房调剂标准化流程管理及其创新。方法:分析医院住院药房调剂标准化流程管理实施前后临床药物调剂资料。结果:住院药房调剂标准化流程管理实施前,药房调剂问题引发的医疗纠纷占15.24%,实施后药房调剂问题引发的医疗纠纷仅2.11%,实施前后医疗纠纷发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施医院住院药房药品调剂标准化流程管理可降低医疗纠纷发生率,提升医院药房管理质量。
Objective:To analyze the standardized process management and innovation of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy. Methods:The data of clinical drug dispensing before and after the implementation of standardized process management of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy were analyzed.Resuhs:Before the implementation of standardized process management of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy,the medical dispute caused by dispensary problem accounted for 15.24% ,and the medical disputes caused by dispensary problem after the implementation of standardized process management of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy was 2.11%,and there was statistically significant difference of medical disputes before and after the implementation of standardized process management of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized process management of dispensing in inpatient pharmacy could reduce the incidence of medical disputes and improve the quality of pharmacy management.
