Ⅰ期切除吻合术用于左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻患者治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of stage Ⅰ resection and anastomosis in the treatment of left colon cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction

目的:研究、分析临床运用Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗梗阻性左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻的效果。方法:收治左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻手术患者64例,其中接受Ⅰ期切除吻合术48例,接受Hamnma术治疗6例,保守治疗患者10例因未获得疗效而退出治疗。结果:进行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的48例患者,受到了感染5例,出现吻合口瘘的情况3例,还有死亡1例;使用Hamnma术进行治疗的患者6例全都得到了治愈。结论:左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的患者接受Ⅰ期切除吻合术的治疗方法可以收到很好的疗效,但使用Hamnma术或其他方法也能让该类患者的病情得到好转,所以在具体的临床治疗中,应根据患者的具体情况选择合适的手术方式。

Objective：To study and analyze the effect of stage I resection and anastomosis in the treatment of obstructive left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods：64 cases of left colon cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction were selected.48 cases underwent stage I resection and anastomosis,6 patients underwent Hamnma surgery-,10 patients with conservative treatment were withdrawn without treatment.Resuhs：Of the 48 patients undergoing stage I resection and anastomosis,5 patients were infected,3 cases had anastomotic fistula,and 1 patient died.All 6 patients who had been treated with Hamnma were cured.Conclusion：The treatment of stage I resection and anastomosis in patients with left colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction can be well treated,but the use of Hamnma or other methods can also improve the patient＇s condition.Therefore,in the specific clinical treatment,we should choose the appropriate surgical methods according to the specific situation of the patients.
