对《伤寒论》中祛湿法的临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical application of removing dampness method in "Shang Han Lun"

目的:分析并探讨《伤寒论》中祛湿法在临床上的应用效果。方法:收治痛风性关节炎患者92例,随机分成两组。对照组给予中药熏蒸法治疗,研究组给予《伤寒论》中祛湿法治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:《伤寒论》中的祛湿法治疗痛风性关节炎临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the clinical application effect of removing dampness method in ＂Shang Han Lun＂. Methods：92 cases patients with gouty- arthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The research group was treated with removing dampness method in ＂Shang Han Lun＂.We compared the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reaction between groups.Results：The total effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion：Removing dampness method in ＂Shang Han Lun＂ in the treatment of gouty- arthritis had significant clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.
