平肝通脉汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并原发性高血压疗效及安全性评价

Curative effect and safety of Pinggan Tongmai decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with primary hypertension

目的:探讨平肝通脉汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并原发性高血压疗效及安全性。方法:收治不稳定性心绞痛合并原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为常规组和研究组。常规组采用西医治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用平肝通脉汤。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著高于常规组,且不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:平肝通脉汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并原发性高血压疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the curative effect and safety of Pinggan Tongmai decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with primary hypertension.Methods：100 patients with unstable angina pectoris and primary hypertension were selected. They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group.The conventional group was treated with western medicine,and the study group added Pinggan Tongmai decoction on the basis of conventional group.Results：In the study group,the total clinical efficiency was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the conventional group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Pinggan Tongmai decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with primary hypertension was significant,and the safety- was high.
