新诊断2型糖尿病胰岛素分泌和胰岛素抵抗特点的研究

Research of the characteristics of insulin secretion and insulin resistance in new diagnosed type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨新诊断2型糖尿病胰岛素分泌和胰岛素抵抗特点。方法:收治新诊断2型糖尿病患者70例作为试验组,选取同期健康人群70例作为对照组,比较两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)与胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果:试验组胰岛素抵抗指数明显高于对照组,β细胞功能指数与胰岛素敏感性指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新诊断2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素分泌和胰岛素抵抗功能显著下降。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of insulin secretion and insulin resistance in new diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods：70 cases of patients with new diagnosed type 2 diabetes were selected as the experiment group.70 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR）,the beta cell function index （HOMA-IS） and the insulin sensitivity- index （ISI） between groups were compared.Results：The insulin resistance index of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the beta cell function index and the insulin sensitivity index were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically- significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The insulin secretion and insulin resistance of the new diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients decreased significantly.
